We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our hardworking, dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate needs to be a highly motivated team player with enthusiasm and energy. In addition you will need a full driving licence and your own car.

Responsibilities for this position include:

·        Registering applicants

·        Carrying out viewings

·        Sourcing new properties to market

·        Negotiation with landlords & applicants

Knowledge of the docklands area and experience within the lettings sector is preferred but not essential.
