London 2012 Olympic Games
In July 2012 London will stage the Olympic Games and will be host to an estimated 300,000 visitors who will stay in accommodation ranging from 5* hotels to specially designated campsites! We are now very busy finding accommodation for accredited members of the international media, sponsors, National Organising Committees and athletes’ friends and families.
What are you looking for?
We are looking for good quality fully furnished apartments in key developments around the Olympic Park, Bow, Canary Wharf & Greenwich and also houses further afield in Wanstead, South Woodford & West Essex. All of these can be either private homes or buy to let investment properties.
How much will I make?
This depends on the quality of property, location, proximity to Olympic venues, transport links and facilities. Register your interest to find out more.
How do I register my interest?
Simply e mail us on management@charleshamiltonestates.co.uk giving details of your property/ies including full address, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, brief specification of fixtures & fittings and whether it is owner occupied or tenanted.
What next?
Once you have registered your interest we will visit your property and advise you of the rental potential, if you decide to proceed you will need to sign our terms & conditions and then we will match appropriate clients to your property.
How long will my property be rented for?
By far the largest client group is the international media who need accommodation for a minimum of 18 days up to a maximum of period of 6 weeks. Other clients may require a shorter stay but certainly no less than one week.
What services do I need to provide?
The level of service depends on who is staying in your property; for the media and corporate sponsors it will be an alternative to an hotel so a very high level of service will be required including twice weekly cleans and change of towels & weekly linen change plus a dedicated member of staff to deal with any problems that may arise; we will arrange all of this. For other clients it may be possible to for you to manage the property yourself.
