Our more experienced Landlords may not require all of our assisted services if they operate their own property management, however, new Landlords can greatly benefit from our expertise.
Allow our experience in property management take the day to day chore of letting off your shoulders, with either our Full or Part Letting Management Service. Our friendly and experienced staff know what needs to be done to make your letting a successful and smooth operation.
As part of our service we offer a complete furnishing package tailored to your budget. This can be anything from the basics, a bed, sofas, etc., to a complete fit out package, including every last detail, right down to crockery cutlery and even the pictures hung on the wall. We provide an Inventory Service to ensure that your property contents are logged and agreed by both Landlord and Tenant, to avoid any future disputes.
With the most thorough understanding of the existing, relevant health and safety legislation, we ensure that you meet all regulatory requirements. Further, through our trusted and fully vetted contractors we are able to facilitate all the necessary services such as cleaning and onsite maintenance. Your property can be regularly inspected and a written report sent to you for your peace of mind. Any minor repairs will be taken care of on your behalf.
